You choose the product, media and download mode. Keep the download page open while a task runs.
Open an Amazon product page
Open the product in Chrome, then click the extension icon to scan the page.
Preview and select
Filter pictures, videos or A+ content. Enlarge a picture or play a video before selecting the files to save.
Add more products if needed
Paste product URLs or ASINs, one per line, to scan up to 30 products in a batch.
Download and follow progress
Choose ZIP or individual original files. Pause, resume or stop the task, and retry failed items when needed.
Organized output
Useful filenames. Clear download results.
ZIP output groups media by product and type, with a media-index.json file. Filenames use the ASIN, media type, a stable number and the media label.
- Archives split into numbered parts at around 150 MB.
- Use individual original files for a video larger than the ZIP part limit.
- A file is counted as saved after Chrome confirms completion.
- Failures show a reason and can be retried.
- Stopping preserves saved files and discards unsaved ZIP contents.

Privacy and boundaries
Your product media stays close to the task.
Product titles, ASINs, page links and media URLs are processed in your browser for the scan and download you request. Downloaded files stay on your computer. The extension does not send product details or media files to NIUBIAPP or the licensing service.

Local settings and temporary resultsScan results use browser session storage and clear when the browser session ends. Free-product records, language preference and license information are saved locally. Closing the download page loses its queued tasks and unsaved ZIP content.
Checkout and licensingPayments use Creem. The extension contacts billing.niubiapp.shop to create checkout and verify licenses, sending the plan, extension ID, random request/device identifiers or license key as needed. The service retains a license digest, product, subscription status and validity information. Payment-card details go directly to the payment provider.
No browsing analytics in the extensionNo advertising, browsing analytics, remote executable code or extension-account registration. Scanning and media downloads connect directly to Amazon and its media servers. The website has its own Privacy Policy.
Control your data and licenseYou can remove local files or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes local extension data. Deactivate a paid license before moving it to another browser; deactivation releases the device slot and does not cancel a subscription or issue a refund.

Before your first download
Common questions
Why is a product video missing?
Some video URLs are exposed only after the video plays. Open the video on the Amazon product page, play it for a few seconds, then return to the extension and rescan. A page with no available product video cannot produce a video download.
Does it download every Amazon video?
It saves available source files such as MP4, M4V or WebM from supported Amazon media hosts. DRM, encrypted streams and videos available only as HLS playlists are not supported. Resolution is limited to the source offered by Amazon.
Can I download a whole shop or every variant?
Batch mode scans the product links or ASINs you paste. It does not automatically crawl shops or categories, switch through every variant, or bypass login and human verification. Media already present in a product page can be detected.
Which Amazon sites are supported?
Product-link formats are supported for the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland, Japan, India, Australia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Egypt and South Africa. Detection can vary by page layout, region and access conditions.
What happens if a scan or download fails?
The status panel shows the error. Complete any login or human verification on Amazon, then retry. Successfully saved files remain on your computer. Failed files stay available to retry; an all-failed product download does not use a free slot.
Can a task continue after I close the download page?
Keep the page open for scanning and ZIP creation. Closing it loses the queue and unsaved ZIP data. Original-file downloads already handed to Chrome are managed by the browser. Restarting a task is not a resume-from-disk feature.
