We want you to be satisfied with NIUBIAPP products. This Refund Policy applies to paid Chrome extensions, licenses, subscriptions, and other digital services purchased directly from NIUBIAPP.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase if the product does not meet your needs, does not work as described in your supported environment, or a material technical problem cannot be resolved.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] within the 7-day period and include:
- Your order number or transaction ID.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The product or plan purchased.
- A brief description of the issue or reason for the request.
We may ask for reasonable diagnostic information so we can understand or try to resolve a technical issue. You are not required to accept troubleshooting before requesting a refund within the guarantee period.
Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased through the Chrome Web Store or another third-party marketplace or payment platform that controls refunds, your request must be submitted through that platform and is subject to its refund rules. We will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider or financial institution. After a full refund, the related license or premium access may be deactivated.
After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted after 7 days are generally not eligible under this guarantee. We may consider exceptional cases where required by law or where a verified material defect could not reasonably have been identified during the guarantee period. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Renewals and Duplicate Charges
