Accounts, Licenses, and Updates
You are responsible for keeping account and license information secure and for activity under your account. Support, updates, and premium features may be available only during the period stated at purchase or while an active subscription is maintained. Features may change as browsers, websites, and third-party platforms evolve.
Payments and Refunds
Prices, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable store listing. Purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider’s terms. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, directly purchased Services include a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant NIUBIAPP permission to use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIUBIAPP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to NIUBIAPP for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using or uninstall a Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
